Meet The Team
Business Owner and Operator - Hennie Compaan
Hennie has over 23 years of extensive experience in Managing and Supervising his own Construction, Earthworks and Transport Company. He is highly experienced in various fields including Bulk Earthworks, Road Works, Civil Engineering Services (Sewer and Water Reticulation), Township Services & Developments, and Earthworks on new Power Stations (Sub-Stations) and Solar farms. Hennie has a strong background in surveying and problem solving. He takes pride in all his projects and will do whatever it takes to meet timelines and to keep his clients satisfied. While precision and safety are top priority.
Hennie believes that his employees are the success of his business. He treats them like family and lives by the motto of if you have my back, I'll have yours.'
Hennie takes training very seriously and leads his team by example. He is certified with Asbestos Removal Class B, Leadership in Safety (Gold Card), Confined Spaces, Construct Safe, and First Aid.
